BE STRONG FOR MY BABY

"I want to carry my baby on my own."

Being strong will help you really live life - especially as a mom. Picking them up, holding them close, carrying them when they're hurt/tired or just wanting to be near you is a daily activity. Adventuring out together in Hong Kong's natural beauty is a necessity.

Jaerey felt limited by her strength and having to always lean on others to help. She decided to do something about it, and took advantage of our 3 class pass and Kickstart 30 and is now on our monthly class pack.

"I am able to carry more weight than when I first started the class, and I am excited to go to the gym more as I see improvements overall” - says Jaerey.

Working full-time in a very high stress and time intensive career, Jaerey has adjusted her work schedule to ensure she can attend classes. "Attending classes gives me the motivation to get my work done at a reasonable time so I can do something that I know is good for me. It helped me become more focused in getting the work done which increases my productivity."

"If I have work to be done and I already booked a class, I still go to class and then finish my work when I get home. Nowadays, I organize my meetings earlier so I have sufficient time to go to the 7 PM class."

We've all been cheering her on here at Pherform as we've watched her progression and love seeing her now lifting weights far greater than her baby 💪🏼
