To assist you in your transition to Pherform we’ve taken all the questions we’ve received over the years and compiled on to this page.

Should you still have questions, reach out to our team!

  • We have all the essentials: Towels, shower ammenities, hair dryer, straightner. We also have face towels and a water dispenser but you will need to bring your own water bottle.

We also suggest wearing athletic attire and shoes.

  • You can cancel class if needed but it must be done before 3 hours of the start time. If you cancel within 3 hours it will be marked as a late cancel on your account.

  • Our FST programming is structured for you to do 1 class a day and give 100% in each class. We do offer accessory classes that complement our programming that you can do, such as Shredher (core) and Fixher (mobility).

  • Depending on your injury our coaches should be able to alter the workout. If the injury is much more serious then we may suggest certain classes or doing a PT session with a coach so they can create an individual plan just for you.

  • Current HK regulations do not require vaccinations.

  • You do need a membership in order to join our group classes.

We want every member to feel confident and comfortable in their movement before joining our classes. We do this by bringing all new membership through a 2 week on ramp that includes a 1:1 strength intro session, goal setting meeting and 5 group classes.

  • You can book in to any class between 7am-10pm daily. Outside this time window the system will not let you book new classes. You are able to cancel your bookings though.

  • Absolutely! In every class the coach demonstrates and teaches the movements that are included in the days programming. The Coach will also modify or change any movement to adjust to your level.

We do require all group members to go through our 2 week on ramp process before joining group classes. All PT clients will be required to go through 1 strength intro PT sessions before starting.

  • You have until 4:59 minutes after the class starts to be inside the studio to still attend the class. If you arrive after you will not be let in as you have already missed the explanation, warm up and demonstration of the workout.

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you are in the studio when class starts.
