UNDERSTAND OUR FST PROGRAMMING

Female-Specific Training is a training program specifically designed to meet the unique physiological and anatomical needs of women.

With our FST programming, your body is challenged across three main areas: strength and power, metabolic conditioning, and isolated hypertrophy. Combining all three modalities creates the perfect balance of training for women. 

Our FST program is designed to be completed in a 45-60 minute window, 6 days a week for optimal results. The FST program has helped thousands of women find consistency and achieve their health goals.

Our FST program is delivered through group-based classes, with 10-12 class times offered every day. Our class size is limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure that every person receives quality coaching.

In addition to our main room classes, we also offer accessory group-based classes (spin classes, core strength classes and mobility classes) throughout the week to supplement your training.
