We designed this On Ramp to get you confident before you step in to your first group class.

It’s designed to be completed over a 2 week period:

  • What you receive:

  • (1) 45 minute PT Session going through the mechanics of the major movement patterns

  • (5) Group Class Passes

  • (1) 30 min goal strategy session to discuss goals and progress measurements

  • Weekly accountability and action plan

  • Series of tips and educational content

Price: $1,500

At the end of the on ramp you will:

  • feel confident in all 5 movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat and lunge)

  • Understand the structure of our class programmings

  • Gain a better understanding of training schedule

  • Improved confidence in training with a group

  • Understand how building habits plays important role in your success

Once the payment is secured we will start getting you scheduled for your strength intro session.
