HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Commit to change and secure your position in the program by paying for the first month. (second payment isn’t due until 4 weeks after program starts)
Step 2: Our Advisory Team or Coach will meet with you individually to discuss your unique circumstances, your goals, your challenges, and develop a success strategy specifically for you for the next 8 weeks. You will also have your first Personal training Session before the program starts to go through Movement Mechanics to expect in group classes and set you up for success.
Step 3: We will work together to get you ready for program commencement on Monday 10 Feb - giving you access to nutrition guidance and scheduling classes to create a routine that works best for you. Your private coaching sessions can be done anytime throughout the 8 weeks which are individually focused on you.
Step 4: From Monday onwards, we will be supporting you through daily check-ins, nutrition & lifestyle hacks, and providing total accountability during your 8 week journey.
Step 5: At the completion of your program you will be leaner, stronger and more confident - supported with the tools and resources needed to continue your journey of self-improvement.
