HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Orientation & Setup (before week 1) You’ll do your Strength Intro PT session and your first Goal Strategy Session so you start with clarity and confidence not confusion. (This PT session is included in your 4 PT sessions total.)
Step 2: 8 Weeks of Unlimited Training For 8 full weeks you get unlimited access to our female-specific strength & conditioning classes. We’ll help you plan the exact schedule that fits your life. Plus 4 PT Sessions to focus on whatever you want.
Step 3: Daily Accountability + Support. You’ll check-in daily with our coaches through WhatsApp group support, and our team will continually give guidance, feedback and encouragement so you stay on track.
Step 4: Midpoint Check (Week 5) We meet individually again to review progress, adjust goals, and plan your next 4 weeks with precision.on JAN 12 and your first step to creating a routine that works best for you.
Step 5: Results & Continuation At the end of 8 weeks you’ll be stronger, leaner, more confident, and most importantly consistent. You’ll also have a clear recommendation for what your best next step should be.
