STEPH’S PREGNANCY POWER

Stephanie has been a member since January 2020 and trains consistently at 7am before work begins. When she became pregnant she reached out to our team to let us know as she wanted to continue prioritizes her health throughout her term.

"The Coaches at Pherform were actually the first people I told I was pregnant so they can modify movements and I can continue to come in to the gym."

First thing we do when any member reaches out to let us know of this exciting next chapter in their lives is to send through our prenatal document. This outlines the many questions women have pertaining to pregnancy training. They often are scared of putting the baby in harms way so our priority is to answer any questions they have.

Throughout Stephanie's pregnancy our coaches modified movements based on her trimester and feeling. Because of this and no complications Stephanie was able to train all the way up until 2 weeks prior to giving birth. She knew training would not only help her within the birthing experience and any movement would be better than none.

Steph experienced a relatively quick recovery and started attending classes 4 weeks post birth. Modification are still being provided to Stephanie by Coaches for each class as this journey is not done. "I suggest anyone who is pregnant to give it a try."
