But doing random exercises online or dropping in to 3 different gyms throughout the week and doing this on a consistent basis won’t help you with the long-term progress you desire.

There are hundreds of online workouts, YouTube videos, tutorials out there for you to do on your own AND for FREE. 

What you really need to ask yourself is do you do them?
