2 Week On Ramp

Our on ramp process is designed for new members to feel comfortable and confident in their movement and knowledge before joining our group classes.

You wil receive:

-(1) 45 minute PT session. we will assess all movement patterns and introduce you to movements you will see in classes. We will discuss the programming structure and what to expect in each class. We will go through the do’s and don’t of our culture and community.

This session is required to complete first.

-(1) 30 minute Goal Setting. we will establish specific goals, take measurements (if needed), and make sure you know how we can help you get to your goals.

-5 group classes. These group classes can be any days over the course of the next 2 weeks. These are to establish schedule and timing before you start your next group membership.

Our 2 week onramp is for those intending to join us in our group class memberships.
