LIFTHER is built on a foundation of traditional powerlifting movements (Push, Pull, Deadlift & Squat) - with accessory exercises to compliment and assist the key strength movements. Each session is broken into three distinct sections: Speed Strength to develop explosive power, Absolute Strength to develop maximum strength performance and Strength Endurance to keep strength sustained over a longer period of time.
Classes rotate every other week of hinge/squat and push/pull and are programmed on 12 week cycles.
This class is 60 minutes long.
