SCULPTHER is an isolated hypertrophy workout, focused on either lower body (legs & butt), or upper Body (Shoulders, Back & Arms) and alternating every other week. The Pherform ā4Pā system stimulates and stresses the target muscle and uses variables like movement tempo, angles and range of motion - to give you pinpoint accuracy in building firm, defined, legs & arms.
