Transforming Young Women Today To Become The Strong Women Of The Future.

Our 8 week Youth Program has been created for young women in Hong Kong aged 13-17 years of age to become strong, confident & resilient through structured training, education, accountability & teamwork.


While no Youth Programs are currently scheduled for the future, You can take advantage of a small group PT session. These sessions can have between 3-12 individuals at the cost of $2200/ sessions.

Our young ladies have created more mind body connection, become more aware of their strengths, and building their confidence every time they choose to train. Whats even more incredible is several of them were able to receive their first pull up with us!

There is never a wrong time to be introduced to the importance of building functional movement and creating a healthy relationship with our body. If you believe your youth can benefit from being part of a program like this we do have a couple spaces still available.

About Coach Liz

As a mother of 2 (14y/o and 16 y/o) Coach Liz knows exactly why its important for young teens to be involved in programs like this. She is determined to be a positive role model and advocate for creating a strong mindset and body image through training. Liz is dedicated to use her knowledge and education of training, nutrition, and healthy habits in making a strong impact on our future generation.

Coach Liz has been running the Youth Program since inception of July 2020.

"The progress made by strength training is that it is genuinely driven. The ladies decide what weights they can lift as we progress because they have gained confidence through the proper technique. With focus on strength gains, body image becomes less relevant. As a coach, this is extremely rewarding."

FAQs

My daughter has never lifted weights before. Is that ok?

Absolutely. The coach will modify all movements to the level of each individual. Whether they’ve lifted weights before or are brand new, the coach will assess movement and ensure proper technique, weight used and safety is at high priority. Every movement is scalable to their experience level.

What if my daughter is 18 years old. Can she join the Youth Program?

This program is specifically designed for 13-17 years old. Your daughter is old enough to join our normal group classes, however, if you feel her ability and maturity level would benefit from being in a youth program like this, please reach out and talk to our team.

My daughter has never participated in a sport before. Can she join?

Yes of course. Working in a group environment and team is important for the growth of any teenager. They will learn work ethic, team unity and camaraderie, and group encouragement through supporting others.

How many people are allowed to join?

We have reserved a maximum of 12 spots. Spots are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

What type of training will they be doing?

The sessions are broken down in to 2 categories: metabolic conditioning, which targets the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and power and structural strength through the major movement patterns, which targets the muscular system.

Do I have to sign my daughter up for all 8 weeks?

Ideally yes. The intention of the program is to create consistency in a training cycle which results do not happen overnight. Our programming cycle is designed to achieve results, develop a baseline of positive mindset and self talk, and create a routine and consistency. The goal is for every member to have a better relationship with herself by the end of the 8 weeks.
