Range of motion > heavy weight or speed. Always.
Through training we want our members to lengthen their life longevity, be free to move in any and all directions, use their body to be challenged, free of injury and feel good.
When the body can move in the way it’s intended to, these are all possible. Control what’s within our controllable.
