Our successful Hyrox training program is back!
Hyrox Sessions are programmed with the intention to prepare you to participate in the Hyrox event, but will benefit you if you want to improve your aerobic capacity and endurance stamina.
Every session incorporates cardio based low impact or body weight movements such as running, rowing, assault bike and functional resistant based movements such as burpees, sandbag lunges, sled push/pull, wall balls, etc. Every session is guided and coached ensuring you move safely, efficiently and effectively. You’ll receive the motivation required to get going and stay committed.
Plus you will be surrounded by other incredible Women looking for the support and encouragement needed.
You have two programs to choose from:
8 Week Training Program for Hyrox Taipei (February 16 - April 6)
14 Week Training Program for Hyrox Bangkok (February 16 - May 18)
Both programs include:
Coach led workouts every Sunday morning (choose either 8am or 9:30am).
Progressively designed program that prepares you over the weeks for the volume of work and movement standards required to complete the event
Supplement running program designed for you to do during the week, preparing you for the running volume needed
Access to Hyrox athlete WhatsApp group where participants can support, encourage and communicate with other members and Hyrox Coaches
Access to all workouts in WODUP so if you miss a week due to travel you can still complete the workout necessary
Receiving Hyrox specific tips and guidelines for training and event preparation

Training sessions take place Sunday mornings with the following time slots: 8-9:30am or 9:30am-11:00am
