Our successful 12 week Hyrox training program is back and starts on March 3 - May 19th

Join us for 12 weeks of training if:

  1. You want to join us for Hyrox Taiwan May 25

  2. Looking to join Hyrox Hong Kong in November and want to do a run through preparation prior

  3. Looking to supplement your current training and improve your aerobic capacity through resistance and aerobic training

Training sessions take place Sunday mornings with the following time slots: 8-9:30am or 9:30am-11:00am

-Max 12 spots available per time slot.

Programming is open to members and nonmembers

-First come, first serve

Cost: $2,400*

You will receive:

  • 12 coach led workouts over 12 weeks

  • A running training program programmed and scheduled for you to complete during the week

  • Access to our Hyrox athlete community space within Wodup that will be a place where participants can access support, tips, blog posts and more.   

*does not include Hyrox registration or any travel expenses

With Taiwan only a 90 minute flight time, we want to make a weekend out of competing and spending time as a community. Take on Hyrox Taiwan and travel as a group to compete and enjoy a mini vacation. We will also establish tourist attractions, post recovery and explore the city of Tapei.
