So we hope with this series of 5 topics it gives you a better understanding and you can feel prepared for what to expect.

Strength training will improve how you perform in the gym, but it also changes how you move and feel in your daily life.

Every Women will face Sarcopenia(the loss of muscle mass) and osteoporosis (the loss of bone mineral density) as we transition through menopause but we counteract it with strength training.
