Why Protein is Essential for Your Body's Efficiency

Our Body Needs Protein to Operate Efficiently.

The word “Protein” has always been associated with muscles, but it’s actually much more purposeful than that.

Regular protein intake ensures the body receives what it needs to maintain and operate efficiently.

Without receiving it, processes such as tissue repair, immune defense, and metabolic regulation can be compromised.

And yes, it helps maintain muscle; something women will lose as we age but can be offset with adequate strength training and protein intake.

We recommend for our members (due to their training habits and goals) to aim for about 1.2 to 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily.

This number is based on our type of training and volume.
